Irshad Ali Shah, J;- It is alleged by the petitioner that she is doing the business of CCTV Cameras now is being harassed by the private respondents to be implicated in false cases by managing a false agreement. By stating so, she sought for protection from such harassment by way of instant Constitutional Petition.

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being lady is being harassed by the private respondents by managing a false agreement; therefore, she needs to be protected from such harassment by this Court.

3. I have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

4. If the petitioner is having a feeling that the private respondents have managed a false agreement against her then she could challenge such agreement by having a recourse of law before the Court having jurisdiction, such dispute calling for its adjudication on merit could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction under the garb of harassment and protection.

5. Instant Constitutional Petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with the listed applications.
