                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has prayed for the following relief;

(a) That, this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct respondents No.1 and 2 not to cause harassment to the petitioner party and not to issue threats of implicating them in series of false criminal cases at the instance of private respondents.

(b)  To call and direct respondents No.1, 2 & 4 to 9 to appear before this Honourable Court and to file undertakings that they will not cause any sort of harassment to the petitioner party.

(c)  To direct respondent No.3 to provide full legal protection to the lives and property of the petitioner and other family members in accordance with law as petitioner, his other family members  apprehend great danger to their lives at the hands of private respondents.

(d)  To award costs of this petition to the petitioner.

(e)  Any other relief available under the circumstances may also be granted to the petitioner.

                        It is case of the petitioner that on account of exchange marriage of his sister Mst.Sajida, the private respondents have become annoyed and now are harassing him to be implicated in false cases and in order to prevent such harassment, the petitioner by way of instant petition has prayed for the relief as is detailed above.

           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

                        Admittedly, the parties are disputed over matrimonial affairs and such dispute could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction, under the garb that the petitioner is being harassed to be involved in false cases. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed application.
