                        Petitioner Khadim Unar by way of instant constitutional petition has prayed for the following relief;

(a)  That, this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct the official respondent No.1 to conduct the impartial enquiry into the matter of petitioner and deal the matter in accordance with law.

(b)  That, this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to direct official respondents No.2 and 3 not to cause harass to the petitioner and his family meanwhile legal protection may be provided to them.

(c)   To direct the official respondents to provide legal protection to the petitioners and family members of the petitioner No.2.

(d) Award costs of the petition.

(e) Any other equitable relief may be granted to the petitioner.

                        It is case of the petitioner that he has borrowed rupees Six Lacs and eighty thousand from the private respondent, which he has returned to them excepting rupees sixty thousand, which he is prepared to pay them, but they are demanding rupees Five Lacs and eighty thousand from the petitioner more as interest and in order to effect such recovery, the petitioner and his family being harassed by the private respondents through official respondents and in order to prevent such harassment, the petitioner by way of instant petition has prayed for         the relief as is detailed above.

                        I have learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

                        The dispute between the parties is appearing to be over the Settlement of Account and such dispute could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction, under the garb that the petitioner and his family members are being harassed by the private respondents. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed applications.
