1. The petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for quashment of FIR Crime No.110/2013 under Section 488/382/34 PPC of PS Sachal, which according to him has been lodged against him by his opponent, only to deprive him of his property. The said FIR on reinvestigation, as per report furnished by SSP Investigation-II, Zone East, Karachi has been recommended by the Police to be cancelled under false “B” Class. No such report, however, has been furnished before the Court having jurisdiction for orders despite consuming more than enough time. Learned AAG when was confronted with such situation was fair enough to say that he would be having no objection if the subject FIR is quashed. It is quashed accordingly.

2. The instant petition is disposed of accordingly with advice to the petitioner to seek further remedy, if any, from the Court having jurisdiction in accordance with law.
