Through this Transfer Application, applicant / accused Syed Ali Raza Shah seeks transfer of Sessions Case No.115/2014 Re. State V/S Muhammad Shah alias Mudasar Shah pending before learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Ghotki under Section 24 Sindh Arms Act, 2013 to the Court of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, (MCTC) Ghotki.

Mr. Achar Khan Gabol, counsel for applicant / accused submits that Crime No.39/2014 registered at P.S Jarwar under Section 24 Sindh Arms Act, 2013 is the off-shoot of main case bearing Crime No.36/2014 registered at P.S Jarwar under Sections 302, 109, 211, 34, PPC, lodged by the State. Additional P.G concedes that Crime No.36/2014 registered at P.S Jarwar under Section 24 Sindh Arms Act, 2013 is the off-shoot of Crime No.36/2014 registered at P.S Jarwar under Sections 302, 109, 211, 34, PPC.

Under the law, off-shoot case is to be proceeded with main case as the corroborative piece of evidence. By consent, Transfer Application is allowed. Sessions Case No.115/2014 Re. State V/S Muhammad Shah alias Mudasar Shah is withdrawn from the file of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Ghotki, and it is made over / transferred to learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, (MCTC) Ghotki for disposal in accordance with law.

Criminal Transfer Application is disposed of.
