At the very outset, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that alleged contemnor is a member of the Bar and he, by tendering unconditional apology, has placed himself at the mercy of this Court and he undertakes to be careful in future, if his apology is accepted.

We have heard the arguments and have also pursed the written reply submitted by the alleged contemnor. Considering the reply of alleged contemnor, the unconditional apology tendered by him is accepted, the show cause notice issued against him, is recalled and instant contempt proceeding is dropped. However, the alleged contemnor is warned to be careful in this conduct towards the Courts and the Presiding Officers. It is however left upon the Sindh Bar Council to take disciplinary action against the alleged contemnor, if so is adviceable.

Instant contempt proceeding is disposed of in above terms.
