At the very outset, Mr. Zia-ul-Haq Makhdoom, learned counsel for both alleged contemnors, submits that both alleged contemnors are members of Bar and they, by tendering unconditional apology, have placed themselves at the mercy of this Court and they undertake to be careful in future, if their apology is accepted.

We have heard the arguments and have also pursed the written replies submitted by both alleged contemnors. Considering that both alleged contemnors are young lawyers and they have a long path in the profession, the unconditional apology tendered by them is accepted; the show cause notice issued against them, is recalled and instant contempt proceeding is dropped. However, both alleged contemnors are warned to be careful in this conduct towards the Courts and the Presiding Officers. It is, however, left upon the Sindh Bar Council to take disciplinary action against the alleged contemnors, if so is adviceable.

Instant contempt proceeding is disposed of in above terms.
