Mr.
Ghulam Mujtaba Jakhar advocate for petitioner.
Mr.
Imtiaz Ali Soomro advocate for respondents.
Mr.
Noor Hassan Malik Assistant Advocate General Sindh.
.................
Learned
counsel for the petitioner has attempted to explain that though the petitioner
obtained 40 marks but that was unjustified as she was never interviewed.
Learned counsel has nothing to support such contention as this contention is
seriously denied by respondents’ counsel. At the conclusion of the arguments,
since these contentions are not acceptable as no supporting evidence or
documents have been produced, counsel submits that the petitioner may be given this
liberty that as and when vacancies would occur, she would apply and shall also
participate in the contest. No permission is required for such participation. In
case any vacancies are advertised, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply
which shall be considered in accordance with law.
Petition
and listed applications stand disposed of.
