Learned counsel submits that by a common order the local authority / district administration was directed to strictly monitor those sites which are operating without license from OGRA or from any other authority concerned. One such petition wherein one of the petitioner has claimed to operate the site under a valid license was referred to Assistant Commissioner Moro by this Court, who examined the license issued by OGRA. He submits that his license may also be examined in the same way as issued by OGRA. Accordingly, in case the OGRA has issued the license to the petitioner for running the petrol pump, his case be considered by the local administration after issuing notice to all concerned including OGRA and Oil Marketing Company for whom petrol is being sold, and only once the district administration is satisfied, they may order as they deem fit and proper.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
