Mr. Nisar Ahmed Bhanbhro submits that he is willing to deposit the entire outstanding amount out of 320 million approximately, as disclosed by the Food Department, subject to the adjustment of deposit made earlier in terms of the challan which is approximately about Rs.40 million as claimed. He would deposit 50 percent of the balance amount within 15 days from today and rest of the 50 percent within next 15 days. On deposit of the first instalment of 50 percent amount within 15 days, the NAB authorities shall submit report regarding de-sealing of the property, as agreed by it. However, in case the rest of the 50 percent amount is not paid within next 15 days, the NAB authorities shall seal the property forthwith. This arrangement is without prejudice to the case of the NAB authorities which is under process against the officials and that they continue to probe such enquiry / investigation as they deem fit and proper without being influenced by any observation made in the order. By consent the aforesaid order is being passed and the petition is disposed of, however, the matter be fixed after 15 days for compliance.
