2 & 3. Learned counsel concedes that petitioners have not availed / exhausted their remedy under the law by approaching the ex-officio Justice of Peace for redressal of their grievance against the official respondents including concerned SHO / respondent No.3, or by initiating any legal proceedings against private respondents 4 to 13. He states that the petitioners will avail their remedy before the competent forum(s) against the official and private respondents for redressal of their grievance in accordance with law. If any such application / complaint is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Needless to say that all respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and official respondents shall provide protection to the petitioners in case of any harassment by private respondents 4 to 13. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
