Learned
counsel submits that they have entered into an amicable settlement with the
respondent and as such an order be passed accordingly.
In case the applicant’s counsel state that they
have already entered into a compromise they are at liberty to do so, however, I
am not inclined to dispose of this revision on the basis of such alleged
compromise since it does not relate to rights and interests of other parties.
He, on the basis of such out of Court
settlement does not press this revision. He is at liberty to do so, however,
the revenue authority should not be influenced by an out of Court settlement
and instead act in accordance with law. Revision stands dismissed as withdrawn
along with listed applications.
