                   The applicant by way of instant application u/s. 526 Cr.PC has sought for transfer of his case from the file of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Mehar, to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, which is not opposed by the other side.

                   In view of above, the case of the applicant is transferred to the Court of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Mehar, for its disposal according to law.

The instant application is disposed of accordingly.
