Since this revision application has been filed it appears that on one reasons or other the counsel for the applicants has sought adjournment. The matter is being taken up to date since notices were not issued. The counsel for the applicants was put on notice to satisfy this court as to very maintainability of this revision application which has been filed against the order of executing court dated 26.6.2014. The learned counsel admitted that respondents No.3 and 4 are share holders of the property in question on account of being legal heirs of DH Ghulam Hyder and when the execution was filed behind their back they immediately make application for joining the execution proceedings which application was allowed against which the appeal was filed which was also upheld against which the instant application has been filed. Learned counsel submits that there is no cavil in proceeding of execution application and if the executing court proceeds with the execution application in accordance with law he would not press the instant revision application. In the given circumstances this revision application is disposed of with direction to the execution court namely 1^st Senior Civil Judge Khairpur to proceed with the execution proceedings in accordance with law.
