A brief is held
by Mr. Sarmad Qurban for Mr.Shafi Muhammad Bango Advocate
for the respondent No.6 who is out of station. Respondent No.6 is present in
person. Counsel for the petitioners submits that they are being harassed by the
private respondents and through instant petition protection is sought. It is
alleged that the private respondents have grabbed the petitioner’s land through unfair
means.
Be that as it
may, learned AAG undertakes that no harassment would be caused to the
petitioners though official respondents being area police SHO Police Station Bhiria City District Naushahro Feroze acting on their own or at the behest of private
respondents. Parties to resolve their civil dispute in
accordance with law. However, area police is directed to act strictly in
accordance with law and provide protection to the petitioners and ensure that
no harassment is caused to the petitioners. With this order learned counsel for
the petitioners does not press this petition which is accordingly disposed of
in the above terms. Copy of this order be faxed to SSP
Naushahro Feroze.
