Mr. Abdul Bari Panwer Advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.10, 11 and 12. Statement has also been filed by respondent No.5 stating that FIR bearing Crime No.76/2017 was filed by Ali Baig the brother of respondent No.12 against Muhammad Yousuf petitioner No.2 and case has already been challaned. It could be seen that after that FIR, an FIR bearing Crime No.161/2017 was filed by respondent No.9 against petitioner No.1 as well as FIR bearing Crime No.203/2017 was filed by petitioner No.2 against respondent No.10. The counsel for the petitioners alleges that the respondents are related to police official therefore using their undue influence to harass the petitioner. However this claim is vehemently denied by respondents who submit that investigation in the relevant crimes have been completed and no harassment is caused to the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with order that no undue harassment be caused to the petitioners from the hands of private respondent acting on their on or with the assistance of the area police.  Area police is directed to act strictly in accordance with law, not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and proceed with the criminal cases strictly as per the Criminal Procedure Code. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
