The instant revision has been field against concurrent findings where the claim of the applicant was dismissed by the trial court on the ground that the property was already mortgaged by the respondent and that before the trial court two witnesses of the agreement have not come forward to give evidence. It seems that from day one incomplete address of the respondent has been provided to the courts and exparte judgments have ensued thereon. In the given circumstances I do not see any illegality or irregularity in the concurrent finding of the courts below which could have require interference of this Court. The revision application is thus dismissed while holding that the case of the applicant is devoid o any legitimacy.
