This Court vide its orders dated 15.09.2017 granted one week time when the matter was fixed for non-prosecution. None has complied with the order nor has made any appearance. Instant petition which was filed by way of free will marriage alleged harassment from private respondents Nos. 7 to 10 and sought protection of this Court. In the given circumstance when none has appeared, it seems that grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. Nonetheless the area police is directed to ensure protection be provided to the petitioners as well as no harassment caused to them from any private persons.

Instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
