This revision application was taken up for the first time on 22.11.2016 on which date none was present and as an indulgence it was adjourned for compliance of the office objection. The matter was fixed for non-prosecution on 22.12.2016 when a brief was held for Mr. Abdul RasheedKalwar Advocate for applicants where it was stated that he was out of station. Thereafter matter was taken up on 25.09.2017 when the learned counsel for the applicants sought time which was granted and the matter was fixed for today. Today matter was called and the learnedcounsel for applicants was asked to proceed with it but he again seeks time.

The instant revision admittedly is filed against concurrent findings where no illegality, irregularity or patent error has been pointed out in the judgments of the courts below.

In the given circumstances, this more than 10 kilogram weighing file is an uncomfortable burden on the shoulders of this Court. The instant revision is accordingly dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) payable to the Bar Library.
