Counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners own land wherein lemon trees are grown, however, private respondents are stealing those lemons and selling in the neighborhood. Counsel contends that he approached the concerned Police Station, but no F.I.R was registered of the crime against the individuals, therefore, he has preferred the instant constitutional petition.

Statement has been filed by the area police wherein it has been stated that petitioners have never approached the respondents nor has made any complaint.

Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied if orders are passed to the extent that the petitioners be directed to approach the concerned police station and record his statement under section 154 Cr.P.C and if any cognizable offence is made out the police to act in accordance with law. Order accordingly.

Additionally, nonetheless official respondents are directed to ensure that the petitioners and their properties are respected and they be provided all the protection as envisaged by the Constitution and applicable laws.
