A brief is held by Mr. GulFeroze Advocate for Mr. Mujeeb-ur-RehmanSoomro counsel for the petitioner who is reported to be out of station. Similar was the position before the Court on 30.03.2017 also. The instant petition was filed against alleged harassment, however, learned Asst.A.G relying on the statement filed by respondents Nos. 4 and 5 submits that no harassment was caused to the petitioner as well as the official respondents will act strictly in accordance with law. With these undertakings petition is accordingly disposed of with orders that no harassment be caused to the petitioner and he be granted all protection as envisaged under the Constitution.
