When the matter was fixed on the last date viz.29.09.2017 one week time was granted to comply with the office objection regarding payment of process fee. This has not been done despite given opportunity. The instant petition arises of a family dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. It is alleged that those respondents are harassing the petitioner.

In the given circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the area police to ensure that the petitioner is not harassed by the respondents.
