None present for the petitioner who admittedly got married by way of free will and through the instant petition sought protection from the private respondents who have declared her Kari. Statement has been filed on respondents Nos. 2 and 3, which is taken on record. As none has affected appearance on behalf of the petitioner and whose whereabouts subsequent to filing of the instant petition is not known,in the given circumstances, private respondents Nos. 7 and 8 whoare present are directed to ensure that no harassment reaches to the petitioner from their own hands or through the hands of other private respondents acting on their own or alongside on the area police.

Petition sands disposed of with direction to area police to provide protection to the petitioner and his family in accordance with law and ensure they are not harassed.
