None present for the petitioner who has filed the instant petition seeking protectionagainst the harassment caused by the private respondents. Statements has been filed by respondents Nos. 2 and 3 which suggest that there is property dispute in between the private parties and the area police is allegedly harassing the petitioner.

This petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the parties to resolve their dispute in accordance with law, however the area police to act neutral and not to cause harassment to either of the party.
