This petition was filed by the couple who have gotten married by way of free will against the harassment allegedly caused by the private respondents. Counsel further contends that not only the petitioner was harassed by the private respondents they also attacked the petitioner No.2 on his shop and the attackers took away valuable mobile phones from his shop which, however, does not find mention in F.I.R filed in the said crime.

In the given circumstances while instant petition is primarily filed to seek protection,the area police is directed to provide protection to the petitioner and ensure that no harassment is caused to them by the private respondents.With regard to monetary issue and mobile phones allegedly taken away by the private respondents, he would be at liberty to file appropriate F.I.R/Civil claims if he chooses to do so in accordance with law. The instant petition is disposed of in above terms.
