Mr. Muhammad Tarique G. Haneef Mangi Advocate holds brief for Mr. Permanand Advocate for petitioner, however counsel for private respondent No.8 states that the dispute between the parties is purely of civil nature as petitioner and his family are insisting on marrying daughterof respondent No.8.

Paragraphs Nos.3, 4, and 5 of the petition also indicates towards such dispute. This petition is dismissed being frivolous but with specific directions to police officials to ensure that no untoward incident should take place between the parties and in this regard police officials should take steps within parameters of law.
