The petitioner’s counsel states that police officials are siding with the private respondents who are creating impediments for petitioners to run business. Learned Assistant A.G has denied the allegations by stating that police officials have not sided with any of the respondents and if the petitioner still feels threatened he may move an appropriate application either before the police officials which will be decided accordingly or the Ex-Officio/ Justice of Peace.

Since adequate and efficacious remedy is available, therefore, this petition in its present forum is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed leaving the petitioner at liberty to avail his remedy as provided under the law.
