From bare perusal of the petition it appears that primarily dispute relates to distribution of agricultural land amongst the petitionerand other legal heirs but respondent No.6 allegedly, fraudulently mutated the land in his name.

Ex facie, the dispute is of civil nature and adequate remedies are provided under different statutes viz. Land Revenue Act as well as C.P.C. In view of the matter, this petition being frivolous and meritless is dismissed with cost of Rs. 10,000/- which should be paid by the petitioner within one week in the account of dispensary funds of this Court and receipt of which shall be deposited with the Accountant of this Court.
