On the other hand learned Assistant A.G states that primarily the dispute pertains to mutual obligation between customer and a bank about ATM machine, as petitioner allegedly claimed that he has suffered certain monetary loss on account of faulty ATM machine. Such dispute relates to the concerned bank and the petitioner is the customer of Allied Bank Limited.

Since the petitioner’s counsel is not present, therefore, taking lenient view this petition is dismissed being meritless, otherwise such frivolous petition should have been dismissed with exemplary cost.
