Ex- faciethe matter pertains to property dispute on account of some controversy between private respondents and petitioner, present petition has been filed. Today no one is present on behalf of the petitioner,even otherwise this constitutional petition is not maintainable in view of section 22-A and B of Cr.P.C as the appropriate orders with regard to the grievance of the petitioner can be passed by the forum having jurisdiction in the matter. Consequently, this petition is dismissed.
