S.P Ghotki has submitted an enquiry report which is available at page 15 of the listed application for contempt of Court. According to which the lands of petitioner was illegally occupied by private persons named in the report and it was further recommended that FIR can be lodged as well as SHO Police Station Wasti Jeewan Shah will take preventive measures in order to avoid further breach of peace. Today SIP Shahnawaz of Police Station Wasti Jeewan Shah undertakes to comply the recommendation of the above enquiry report in law and spirit.

In view of the above, this contempt application is disposed of. At this juncture Mr. Muhammad Imran Shamsi Advocate for the petitioner requests that pending civil suit before the court of learned Senior Civil Judge Ubauro may be decided expeditiously. Request appears to be reasonable and it is expected that F.C Suit No.91 f 2015 may be decided expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law and on merit by learned Senior Civil Judge Ubauro.
