                        None present for the petitioners. On the last date of hearing, petitioner No.2 was present .He was directed to produce petitioner No.1 Mst. Shabnam with whome he has contracted marriage by way of free will and the couple sought protection from this Court against harassment of private respondents. Statement has been filed by S.H.O concerned wherein they have undertaking to act strictly in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed of with order to the area police to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and provide them due protection as envisaged by the Constitution.
