None present for the petitioner. Instant petition pertains to causing alleged harassment. The contents of petition also show that an FIR in crime No.13/2018 has also been lodged. In these circumstances even if the petitioner is aggrieved with any of the acts of respondents, the adequate and efficacious remedy is available in law to approach the Justice of Peace for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed however, with an observation that official respondents should conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law.
