The order dated 22.01.2016 again directed petitioner’s counsel to file title documents of the property in question which till date has not been complied with.

Through this petition, primarily the petitioner is seeking relief of extending protection to him from the purported harassment caused by respondents. For availing such remedy special forum has been createdby the statue which in my considered view is the efficacious and adequate remedy. Today Inspector Tamseel Ahmed S.H.O of Police Station Sobhodero is present. In view of the above observation that if the petitioner has any grievance against the respondents the remedy is available with him and on the statement of learned State Counsel that the government officials / respondents have discharged their duties in accordance with law, therefore, present contempt application is dismissed.
