The petitioner is government employee working in Anti-corruption department as WHC who raided the office of XEN Highway division Sukkur in presence of Magistrate and secured certain record of the said XEN in presence of mashirs, since than the counsel submits that the petitioner has been harassed at the behest of said individual who works in the said XEN office. Protection is sought by the petitioner from the said harassment of the private respondents. Learned Asst.A.G present in Court submits that petitioner will not be harassed and all the matters will be strictly dealt with in accordance with law. On these undertakings, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, which is disposed of in above terms.
