Counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the direction are given to the area police that they will not harass the petitioner and to provide due protection as envisaged under the law. Learned Asstt. A.G present ensures that the due protection will be given to the petitioner in accordance with law and the petitioner will not be harassed.

In view of undertaking of learned Asstt.A.G, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, which is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
