None present for the petitioners who have contracted marriage by way of free will. Through the petition it was alleged that respondent No.5 Aijaz Ali who as Assistant Commissioner at Kunri was misusing his authority in the family dispute. Notices were issued, however, he has chosen to remain absent from the Court.

This petition is disposed of with direction to the area police being S.H.O ‘A’ Section Sukkur and ‘C’ Section Sukkur to act strictly in accordance with law and not to harass the petitioner and to ensure that no harassment reaches them through the respondent No.5 acting on his behalf or in collusion with other official of the area including area police. Let copy of this order be provided to learned S.S.P Sukkur for compliance.
