                      Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states the he would be satisfied and not press the instant petition, if the learned trial court is directed to undertake all possible efforts for arresting the absconding accused.

                      The proposal advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by learned DPG.

                      In view of the above, instant constitutional petition is dismissed as not pressed with direction to learned trial court to undertake all the possible efforts for arrest of absconding accused.
