                      Petitioner Saba is present along with petitioner No.2 Muhammad Waryam. I.O of crime No.15/2018 SIP Shamsuddin of PS Kot Lalu is present and files comments on behalf of respondent No.3 & 4. Respondent No.5 Muhammad Aslam is also present. Petitioner Saba submits that she has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 by exercising her free will and neither she has been abducted nor illegally confined. SIP present states that he has recorded the statement of petitioner Saba and produced copy of statement for the record of this Court and further states that he will present final report in the light of statement of petitioner for disposal of the case.

                      Learned AAG submits that petitioners will be provided protection as and when needed in accordance with law.

                      Petitioner Saba was asked to have meeting with her father, but she refused.

                      In view of the above circumstances, counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and seeks disposal of this petitioner in the above terms. Order accordingly.
