                      SHO PS Adilpur in his comments has denied the allegation of petitioner and has stated that alleged detenue Nazim is neither required in any case nor confined at their P.S. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner in para No.4 of the petition has specifically alleged that detenue was taken away by the police.

                      In view of the above circumstances, learned AAG submits that in such a situation, SSP concerned may be directed to constitute a JIT for tracing out the alleged detenue and submission of their report.

                      Learned counsel for petitioner and learned APG have also recorded no objection.

                      In view of th.e above circumstances, respondent No.3 SSP Ghotki is directed to constitute a JIT headed by an officer, not below the rank of DSP, who shall trace out and produce the alleged detenue before this Court.
