Despite service none has appeared on behalf of judgment debtors. Through this application restoration of Execution Application is sought which was dismissed on account of non-prosecution on 02.11.2015. Counsel has specified the reasons in the instant application and its affidavit, stating that the absence was neither intentional nor deliberate. No counter to the instant application has been filed. In the circumstances at hand, the application is granted and the matter is resurrected to the stage it was so dismissed and it is ordered that the matter be fixed in Court as per roster on 30.10.2018 with intimation to the counsel for the judgment debtors.
