Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the plaintiffs would be interested to purchase the property even at the higher value at Rs.85 lacs. Defendant No.2 Mrs. Razia Begum is present along with her husband and raises no objection. Defendant No.1 and 3.b states that they are also unable to bring any higher offer. Accordingly plaintiffs’ offer is accordingly accepted.

The parties to file a statement showing shares of the respective legal heirs, which are to be disbursed amongst them in accordance with Hanafi Law.

The plaintiffs’, after deducting their shares, are directed to deposit the remaining amount with the Nazir of this Court for its distribution amongst the remaining legal heirs within 15 days according to the aforementioned list deposited.

Let the above exercise be completed within three weeks.
