                        The applicant by way of instant application u/s.561-A Cr.PC have impugned an order dated 11.06.2018, passed by learned 1^st Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Jacobabad, whereby he has taken cognizance of case outcome of FIR Crime No.02/2016, u/s.23(i)(d), 27(b), 28 of Sindh Arms Act, of P.S Railway Jacobabad.

                        At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the applicants that he would not press disposal of instant application on merits, if the applicant is permitted to make an application for redressal of his grievance before learned trial Court.

                        Learned A.P.G did not oppose to above said proposal.

                        In view of above, the instant application u/s.561-A Cr.PC is dismissed as not pressed, with permission to the applicant to make an application before learned trial Court for redressal of his grievance. Such application on filing would be decided by learned trial Court within 30 days, strictly on its merits.
