The commissioner has submitted his report dated 03.10.2018, taken on record, which narrates that he was put to wall in conducting the exercise and taken to a premises where huge piles of files were present. The very purpose of the inspection was to obtain medical file of deceased Husan Ara Khan which has been frustrated deliberately by the defendants. In the circumstances at hand, the matter is fit to be taken under Contempt of Court Act, 1976. Let show-cause notices be issued to the Chief Medical Officer of National Medical Center as well as its Administrator for having calculated a scheme to ensure that this Court’s order be frustrated. These individuals be served through the address of National Medical Center/defendant No.1 through concerned SHO who to ensure their presence in Court on the next date i.e. 12.10.2018 at 11:00 a.m.
