O R D E R

IRSHAD ALI SHAH, J.- The applicant by way of instant application u/s.526 Cr.PC has sought for transfer of his case outcome of FIR Crime No.46/2016, u/s.24 of Sindh Arms Act, of P.S, Taluka from the Court of learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, to the Court of learned         6^th Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, mainly for the reason that the main case against him was decided by the latter Court.

2.                    Learned A.P.G recorded no objection.

3.                    In view of above, the case of the applicant is withdrawn from the Court of leaned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, and is made over to the Court of learned 6^th Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana for its disposal in accordance with law.

4.                    The instant application is disposed of accordingly.
