Urgency granted and CMA No.1700 of 2018 is taken up. Through the instant application request is made that this Court graciously exempt the petitioner from depositing a surety equal to the value of the assets and rather the original title documents be taken as such along with personal bond. In the light of the dictum laid down in the case of Mst. Razia Khatoon reported as 1996 MLD 873, the application is allowed. Office is directed to issue the Letter of Administration and Succession Certificate by accepting the original title documents of the Scheduled Immovable Properties as surety with personal bond equal to the value of the assets.
