4.                    It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that no effective action is being taken on direct complaint which is filed by the applicant before learned trial Court. It was further stated by her that she would not press the disposal of instant application on merits, if learned trial Court is directed to take appropriate and expeditious action on the direct complaint of the applicant.

            The learned A.P.G being available in the Court waived the notice and recorded no objection for the above said proposal.

            In view of above, the instant Crl.Misc.Applicatoin is dismissed as not pressed with direction to the learned trial Court to take appropriate and expeditious action on the complaint of the applicant, strictly in accordance with law.
