Through the instant application a request is made for reduction of the surety amount. Counsel contends that in fact the property has not been transferred in the name of the deceased and only an allotment order was issued in her favour. The request is made that the attorney and his wife (who is also a co-sharer in the said property) be permitted to deposit Bahbood Saving Certificates and Modarabah Certificate in the name of attorney and his wife equal to the amount of the subject property. The application is allowed. Nazir is directed to receive the above mentioned certificates in the equal amount of the subject property as surety. Having done so, Letter of Administration be issued accordingly.
