Even no counter to the instant application has been filed, which has been moved by Naseer Ahmed, who had filed copy of an agreement to sale which was followed by sub-lease deed in his favour in respect of subject property bearing Flat No.803, 8^th floor, in the building known as Aashiana, Plot No.G-21, Block-9, Scheme 5, Khayaban-e-Jami, Clifton, Karachi. Counsel for defendant No.1 has no objection to the grant of this application. The application is accordingly allowed. Let amended title/plaint be filed by the plaintiff.
