Heard learned counsel for the plaintiff. None is present for the private defendants, however defendants No.3 and 4 have filed their written statement and counter to the instant application, which have been perused at length. Conduct of these defendants is evident from earlier orders of this Court dated 27.04.2018 and 16.08.2018. For the reasons to be recorded, instant application is allowed. Interim injunction granted vide this Court’s order dated 27.10.2011 is confirmed, the defendants are restrained from creating third party interest, alienating, transferring or creating any mortgage/ encumbrance on the suit property bearing No.G-1 and 2, IV-C-77, LR-8/7-P, Ground Floor Ram Bhawn Building, Near Ranchore Line Bust Stop, Nishter Road, Karachi.
